We provide a service to children and young people between 0-18 years who have a life-limiting illness and who are experiencing a deterioration in their condition.
 
Our role includes:

  • Provision of nursing
  • Pain and symptom management
  • Support and advice
  • Bereavement support
  • Training to carers
  • Resource to other services.
