What life will be like after treatment for bile duct cancer
will depend on the type of treatment you have had, and on what you have been used to doing. You will have continuing medical support from your cancer team, as well as support from a range of other services to help you cope.
Follow-up
Your doctor will ask you to come back for regular check-ups. As part of this, you may have further X-rays or scans. You will also be given regular, three-monthly blood tests.
You should let your GP or doctor know if you have any new symptoms or worries.
