Where can I get more information?

Your GP, hospital doctors and other health professionals are there to support you, and to give you information. They are the only people who can tell you more about your particular cancer and its treatment. It is part of their job to talk to you, so feel free to ask them questions.

Your bowel cancer team may have a colorectal nurse specialist who is an expert in helping people with your type of cancer. You should also be able to talk with a stoma care nurse if you are going to have, or have had, surgery to your bowel.
