Hormone therapy

Hormonal therapies or treatments change the way your body produces hormones, or they have an effect on the way hormones in your body work.

The kind of hormone therapy you may be offered depends on the type of cancer you have. Hormone therapy is often used to treat breast or prostate cancer.
