This is a 6 week programme facilitated by a counsellor from the Ulster Cancer Foundation. The course is designed for those people who are on a survival and recovery period in their cancer journey.

The course is starting on Wednesday 8th February 2012 (and every subsequent Wednesday until 14th March 2012) in Antrim Civic Centre, 50 Stiles Way, Antrim from 10.30am to 1.00pm

Week 3 - Managing emotions and coping with school and family life
Week 4 - Climbing and caving night - Explore your hopes and fears
Week 5 - What is self-care and review programme?
