This is a 6 week programme facilitated by a counsellor from the Ulster Cancer
Foundation. The course is designed for those people who are on a survival and recovery period in their cancer journey.
The course is starting on Wednesday 8th February 2012 (and every subsequent Wednesday until 14th March 2012) in Antrim Civic Centre, 50 Stiles Way, Antrim from 10.30am to 1.00pm

Fund for Children, in partnership with the Belfast HSC Trust, run a 5 week group work programme for young people (aged 12-17) who have a parent or significant adult diagnosed with Cancer.
Programme details:
Week 1 - Introductions and meet other Young people
Week 2 - How do we communicate and deal with stress
Week 3 - Managing emotions and coping with school and family life
Week 4 - Climbing and caving night - Explore your hopes and fears
Week 5 - What is self-care and review programme?
